We are not stupid. That's just fact. We also know that you are not stupid. That's also a fact.
Anyone can sell a "product" that offers the same end result. For example: A 20 year old, Lada estate car with 100,000 on the clock will do a 400 mile road trip in similar time as a brand new Bentley Continental.
Bare with me on this!
Same roads, same speed limits and same distance. But would the trip be the same? No. No it would not. One is super comfy and treats you like Royalty, and the other is a Russian garden shed with an engine.
To prove a point, we did some research whilst we were waiting for a hotel to get back to us:
Lada Riva Fuel Cost for 400 miles
(28.1 mpg) is 14.23 Gals (64.74 ltrs @ £1.13 Ltr) = £73.16
Bentley Fuel Cost for 400 miles
(18.3 mpg) is 21.86 Gals (99.46 ltrs @ £1.13 Ltr) = £112.39
So the Lada is 35% cheaper and will get you there in roughly the same time as the Bentley. So the Bentley is 65% more expensive, but would it be worth it?
Think for a second.
Is the Bentley only 65% more comfortable? No. It HAS to be at least 200% more comfortable, but for just a 65% increase in cost. So the Bentley has to be the best way to travel if you value the journey as much or more than the destination.
If you want to travel by Lada, and we will not judge you on this as there is the money factor involved, then we are probably not the company you want to take courses with. We like to think of ourselves as the Bentley of course providers. We will help and support you from before your decision to book, right through to the point where you return home after the course has finished. We want you to feel comfortable, safe and pampered throughout the entire experience - not just when you arrive.
We pride ourselves on being a very small company where everything is handpicked and selected on each of our courses.
We want the best for you, and our suppliers know what we expect and maintain or exceed the standards throughout.
We spent almost two years designing, visiting and personally meeting every single person who works on our courses.
We have witnessed the course tutors providing tuition to others.
We have visited each studio tour (and believe us, only two in Los Angeles made the standard that we expected for our customers).
We have stayed in each hotel that we offer, and viewed the hotel as you would.
We will be with you on each course that we offer. A director (and there's only two!) will be at the course location when you arrive to greet you and look after you throughout the course. They will also make sure that the course runs without problems. They will still be there to say goodbye when you leave. If you have a problem whilst on the course, they are there to help - whether it's a problem with part of the course or with the SIM card you just bought.
We value your money as much as you do, we know that in the current climate it is not an easy decision to spend money on "non essential" things, and our business objective is not to make as much money as possible, but to offer great value, continually improve our high standards and ensure that you get "more than your moneys' worth".
Our reputation is what adds value to our company, not financial wealth.
We offer monthly payments to EVERYONE who wants to go on a course. we don't do credit checks, we don't charge any fees, there is no interest to pay and the course price does not change if you want to pay monthly.
All we ask is that the final payment is paid 30 days before the course is due to start.
We are available to chat to, email, even have a coffee with, whenever you need us. You will always deal with the same person and if you phone us, we don't have an automated "multi menu" telephone system we have an old fashioned system where we actually pick the phone up when it rings and say "Hello".
If you want to know anything, please just ask. No matter how stupid or irrelevant you think it is. We genuinely want to please 100% of the people 100% of the time and we will go out of our way to try and achieve this.
